Skate & Create

Based on the successful ‘Skate & Create’ model pioneered by Skateistan and The Good Push foundation, Skateboarding Papua New Guinea aims to engage children and youth of all ages and abilities through a creative educational approach. Our goal is to combine skateboarding sessions with Arts-based education at all of our facilities, beginning with our first facility in Port Moresby.

During the construction phase of this project, the local youth were engaged in a project to come up with designs to be used on skateboard decks and apparel. These designs would then be featured on products that would be sold to raise funds towards the project and future workshop running costs. Head over to our shop now to check out the end results!
